Refund policy

We have a NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS policy on all of our T-Shirts. Because our tees are on demand made to order, we do not accept returns or issue out refunds. Please check size charts before ordering. 
For any other item, please send us a message for exchange options.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The only way a exchange is possible is if you received an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us a Instagram DM at @rep.shop or an email at repshop@yahoo.com making us aware of the problem, we will provide you with our address, return the item you have to us, and once the return is accepted, we will re-make and re-send you your item back to you within 3-5 business days of receiving your item. 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
